Terms of service

Characters of any gender identity or expression.Hateful content, including harassment, dehumanization, or jokes targeting a person or group.
Furry, animals, creatures, and non-human characters.Mechas, robots or characters with complex machines.
Battle scenes, including implicit or cartoon violence.Explicit or detailed violence, including gore or self-harm.
Nude or sexual scenarios involving adult characters only.Child or child-like characters in sexual, suggestive, or otherwise inappropriate scenarios.


GENERAL• All prices are in USD. Payments outside Mexico are processed via PayPal. For clients in Mexico, OXXO and bank transfers are also accepted.• Payments are made beforehand, either 100% upfront or 50% of the total price. Sketches may be done before this, but not at full resolution.• Progress screenshots will be provided throughout the commission process. Once it is finished, the final PNG file will be sent as a Google Drive link, or via email if requested.• By default, commissions are posted a few days to one week after completion, including a watermark and the client’s username as credit. If you don’t want any of this, please let me know in advance.• Feel free to ask about any topic, including: budget and pricing flexibility, delivery timelines, revisions or adjustments, bundles, or style details.• Changes made in the final stage or once done will have an extra cost. The price is determined by the complexity of said change.
Revisions & Changes• Minor revisions are included during the sketch stage.• Changes requested during the final stage or after completion may incur an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the change.• Major changes (pose, composition, character design) must be requested early in the process.
Client Responsibilities• Clients must provide clear references and descriptions before work begins and if requested. These help me to make a clear idea of what the customer is requesting. Images are not necessary, but it’s better if provided.• Delays caused by lack of response or missing information may affect the delivery timeline.
Artist Rights & Responsibilities• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission that violates these terms or makes me uncomfortable.• Finished commissions may be used to advertise my work and be part of portfolios, reels, speedpaints, or similar content.
 The artwork may not be used to create merchandise, resold, or purchased by anyone other than the original client.

• Simple background is included in every format: solid color, patterns, gradients, or none.• Extra characters: Additional characters cost up to 50% of the base character price.
Example: If one character costs $50 USD, the second would be $25 USD more.• Detailed background: Must be requested beforehand. The final price depends on the complexity and level of detail.• Final file: A PNG of the commission in MAX. resolution will be delivered either via Google Drive Link or email (You must provide it, first).•  You can request artworks throught any of my social media!
